These Terms are an agreement between you and Gian Giovani (“peij”, “we”), which runs peij.fyi and its subdomains. By using peij, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use peij
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. We may ask you to verify your age and may close accounts that don’t meet this.
2. Your account
You are responsible for everything done through your account, including pages published by AI agents or tools you connect. Keep your login and tokens secret. You can use your username and subdomain while your account is active. We can take back your username or subdomain if it impersonates someone. After about 6 months of inactivity, we can reclaim your username and subdomain or terminate your account.
3. Your content
You are fully responsible for what you publish. We don’t check pages before they go live and we don’t endorse them. Pages are public. If your page collects data from visitors, handling that data properly is your responsibility.
4. What you can’t publish
Don’t publish anything illegal or harmful, including:
- sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any pornography
- terrorism, violence, harassment or hate
- content that encourages self-harm
- scams, phishing, impersonation or malware
- gambling, drugs, weapons or other illegal goods
- content you don’t have the rights to
Don’t attack, overload or abuse the service.
5. What we can do with your content
You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to host, copy, change, show, share and use it to run, improve and promote peij, and to let our service providers do the same for us. The license ends when you delete the content, except for copies already made public, backups, and anything we must keep by law.
6. Removing content and accounts
We can remove any content or suspend any account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
7. Reports
Report a page at abuse@peij.fyi. We remove illegal content and follow lawful orders from authorities. Copyright owners can send notices to legal@peij.fyi. If you think we removed your content by mistake, email abuse@peij.fyi within 14 days.
8. Our responsibility
peij is provided “as is”, with no guarantees. We are not liable for user content or for indirect losses. If we are liable for anything, the most we owe you is the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or US$50. This doesn’t limit liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit. If your content leads to a claim against us, you cover the cost.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. When it ends, your pages go offline. Sections 3, 5, 8 and 10 still apply afterwards.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will tell you before big changes take effect. These Terms are governed by Indonesian law, and disputes go to the South Jakarta District Court. If the English and Bahasa Indonesia versions differ, the Bahasa Indonesia version applies.
